In June 2002 Glenmont Proprties began developing office appartments on the corner of Greenhill Road and Fularton Road. The office block covered 8000 m² with under cover parking. Delnote had the task of forming up all of the columns , beams and drop panels as well as suspended slabs before pouring. The concrete was finished Flat Soffit and Bondek.
