July 2001 - Delnote begins construction at winery

Delnote Constructions was contracted to begin work at the McLaren on the Lake - Serafino Winery located in McLaren Vale South Australia.

We provided labor and materials required to form and reinforce

• The base slab and all drains and sumps
• The 5.4 meter high 400 mm thick walls with full height pours using the
• Peri Formwork System"
• The suspended concrete lab which was up to 350mm think
• The high perimeter walls above the suspended slab.

The labour value of the contract was $1.2M
